A 60-90 minute in-depth nutrition zoom consult. Your initial session will be a combination of understanding your child or family’s individual requirements and/or current nutritional or mealtime challenges as well as providing you with some information and strategies that you can put into practice right away.
Follow up Consultation (45 minutes)

A follow-up consultation or two following your initial consultation can be helpful to review progress, navigate challenges and gather additional knowledge and confidence to boost overall nutritional wellbeing and mealtime enjoyment for your child or whole family.
Mealtime Coaching Package

Perfect for when you want to create sustainable change. Mealtime coaching packages provide an in-depth initial consultation with regular scheduled follow up sessions to help you feel supported to provide happy, calm and nutritious mealtimes for your family.

Medicare & Health fund rebates
Medicare rebates available with an Enhanced Primary Care (EHC) plan and referral from your GP. These plans allow you up to 5 sessions with Jessica, of which a proportion is covered by Medicare.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy for appointments. The full consult fee will be charged if an appointment is missed.
